4 i a THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM COUNCIL JUR - cw N~? 1978 TO: MAYOR AND COUNCIL DATE: JUNE 4, 1976 FROM: PLANNING & ZONING COMMITTEE RE: Semi-Detached Housing Development on Oxford Street and York Street Council will recall that on May 10, 1976, a proposal to develop 24 semi~detached housing units on the above site was rejected by Council. “A copy of the Planning and Zoning Committee's report is attached for reference. The same applicant has recently re-approached the Planning Dept. with a revised scheme having a lower density and the incorporation of the rear portion of the 2 Jats to the south of the initial development site. The no. of units proposed is 28 in the form of 7 clusters, yielding a density of approximately 9 units per acre. RECOMMENDATION: The revised scheme was dealt with by the Planning and Zoning Committee at its meeting on May 26, 1976 and the Committee recommends approvai of the ‘proposed development. 7-2_2_— 7 L.
