Road Housing discussion ensued, and Alderman Traboulay inquired of Mr. Wm.
Development

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution,
Casson,
Director of the Housing Corporation, as to whether or not he had had any
further word on provision of adequate school accommodation for the
development contemplated. Mr. Casson stated there had been no further
correspondence with the School Board other than the letter he had written
previously and the reply received; however, he mentioned that he was not
interested in producing a development that did not have the requisite

community facilities. Alderman Mabbett referred to construction of the

new Fire Hall in the North-east sector, and inquired when the access
road off Coast Meridian would be developed. Mr. Casson Stated he did

not know the date, but some initial clearing would be undertaken in May

and basic servicing in September. Alderman Ranger stated he felt a
presentation of the project should be made by the Developer, and Mr.
Casson agreed ra speak to this later in the meeting.
