Re: Sawnili Operation ~ 1375 Kingsway Avenue

Council will recall that at the meeting of April 24th, 1972 the following

resolution was passed:

; “That Mr. J. christensen, the applicant for a business license to expand

the existing sawaill operation at 1375 Kingsway Avenue to include a planer mill, be

advised that the Council are not in agreement with such an operation at 1375 Kingsway."
Accordingly, the License Inspector has rejected Mr. Christensen's applica-

tion, for a business license and Mr. Christensen wishes to bring this matter before the

Council at che May lst, 1972 meeting. in attendance with Mr. Christensen will be

Mr. Jack Jangs, the vendor of the property; and Mr. H, Rhodes, the Real Estate Agent

handling the transaction.
