The location of the above noted property is shown on the small section of
City Map attached to this memorandum and the Council will see that it is

a 33' x 122' lot,

We have been negotiating for the purchase of this

property since July, 1969 and the owner of the property now states that
he will accept $2,000. for this lot.

The taxes for the property for 1971 and 1972 have not been paid and these
now amount to approximately $35.00, including interest and penalties, and
we would recommend that the Council offer the sum of $2,000. for the
property subject payment of all taxes and legal fees by the vendor.
