With a heavy heart and great sadness, carly July 4th 1999 our
father, Colin Winsor Carlsen, passed away suddenly.

He leaves to mourn his four children Dahrlyne, Lance, Karmel
and Burny. Four grand children Scott, Joseph, Rachelle and
Britiney. Seven brothers, Walter, Dean, Joe, Victor, Gearge, Bill
and Charles Twe Sisters, Barb and Suzie.

Dad was predeceased by his mother Annie earlier this year,
infant brother Harry Jamas, and grandson Shaun.

Dad had a stroke four years ago, this changed his fe forever, He
lost a lot of weight and was working through rehabilitation, Even
through these trying times he would put on a brave face and not
wallow in self pity,

His final project, a renovation to Mckays Funeral Home, sterted
the Mon @ passed away, Even In death he wanted ta make
sure the job was dona right!

Services will ba Monday July 19, 1999 at Ipm from Sacred
Heart Catholic Church, 4830 Straume, with the Celebration
Reception to be al the Legion located at 4425 Legion Ave. A sec-
ond Celebration will be held in Winnipeg Manitoba on July 24th
1999,

In lieu of flowers the family wauld appreciate donatians be made
to Colin Carlsen “Alex Driwall" You Hockey Scholarship Fund,
at the Royal Bank in Terrace,

Finally Dad,

We will miss you evaryday and we will see and feel your love
within the smilas and laughter of our childten and grandchildren
and the storias that will surely become timeless. Thank you for
your uncenditional love.

This proposed Plan shows the location and orderly
development of proposed harvesting, road development,
maintenance, and deactivation for the period 1999-
2005. The Plan also includes information on the mainte-
nance and protection of other resource values in the area.
It is availabie for review by resource agencies and the
public before approval is considered by the Ministry of
Forests, All approved operational plans and higher-level
plans that encompass the development area will also be
made available for viewing al this lime.

The proposed Forest Development Plan will be avail-
able for public review at the Bell Pole Company Office,
4109 Substation Road, Terrace, B.C, from July 15, 1999
to September 15, 1999 between the hours of B:00 A.M.
and 4:00 PM, or by appointment (635-6295). In addi-
tion, the proposed Forest Development Plan will be avail-
able at the Terrace and District Public Library, 4610 Park
Avenve, Terrace, beginning July 15, 1999. By appoint-
ment, a representative of Bell Pole Company will be avail-
able to discuss the proposed Plan and receive comments,

If any inforested porties are unable to review the pro-
posed Plan during these times, arrangements can be
made to view the Plan at a time convenient for them,

The proposed Plan may be amended as a result of
written comments received. To ensure consideration in the
final Plan, all comments must be in writing and addressed
