Aug. 1 this year and maintains the rental at $2,440 per month for the 4,500 sq.ft. area used by the organization. However, that figure could changes if TDCS asks the city lo carry out any major repairs or modifications to the premises, In a presentation to a council commitlee, TDCS administra- tor Michael Beausoleil had said it was satisfied with the premises except for the air quality. A clause in the new agree- ment states that if TDCS asks that problem be solved, the city has the right to renegotiale the rent or seek cost-sharing. City gives survey boost TERRACE WOMEN’S Resource Centre plans to carry oul a survey of child care necds in Terrace have received council support. Representative Carol Sabo explained the Centre intended to applying to. the Women’s Equality ministry for a $10,000 grant to pay for the survey.
