The Terrace Rotary Club has helped the Terrace Minor Soccer Association by contributing funds to upgrade the Christy Park Junior and Grade eight volleyball zone finals were held at Chandler Park eight-team - girls’- playdown saw the host Chandler ‘Park team post an undefeated ‘record to grab the zone title. In ‘the final match, Chandler Park downed Prince Rupert’s Booth. . Thornhill took third place while Kitwanga was fourth. Skeena ‘Gold of Terrace tied. with Hazelton for fifth, followed by “Skeena Purple and Kitimat. ‘Organizers awarded the most sportsmanlike team trophy to _the combined Skeena entry. Nishga in four games. In the semi-final, Kitimat knocked off Skeena 15-8, 14-16, 16-14.
