Councillor Gates introduced the topic of Development Cost Charges in regard to a Parking
Facility Fund.

That the City Staff investigate the implementation of Development Cost Charges to provide for
a Parking Facility.

Councillor Talbot introduced a resolution to consider the expenses the Mayor has incurred on the
City’s behalf by forwarding concerns regarding the Youth Offenders Act Amendments.

That the Mayor be reimbursed his expenses for the trip to Ottawa to express Council’s concems
regarding the Youth Offenders Act Amendments.

Councillor Gordon voted
against the resolution.
