A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" APR 24 1004

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Parcel A

District Lot 174

Group One

Plan LMP 5326

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the
"Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2791".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of May, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 7th day of June, 1993,
