This application ig for a 50 uit, four storey apartment building with

underground parking. the project fully complies with all provisions of the
RM~4 zone except for the height restrictions and site coverage: The building

ia aproximately 1 foot taller and covers 0.5% more ground thao permitted by
the zone. .

The design of the building, however, is very atractive, with a recesged
fourth fleor that includes a roof top: deck/outdoor recreation facility. The
excess height and site coverage of the building, therefore, can be authorized
by this Development permit.

As shown on the attached drawings, the building dominant exterior
materials will be acrilic stucco, pre~finished metal trimming and cedar
shingles and privacy fences.
