A fRylaw to authorize the Corporation of the City of NOV 4~ 4094
Port cequitlas to dispose of portions of dedicated road in wwe,
exchange for a portivu of land to be dedicated as road. NOV 18 1951

WHEREAS the Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitiam is desirous of
cancelling portions of road shown dedicated in the City of Port Coquitlam in
the Province of British Columbia;

WHEREAS the Registered Owner of the lands described in gaction 2 of thie Bylaw
have agreed to convey land to the City in exchange 90 that it may be
established as an addition to the roads in the City.

AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act” being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of
British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Council may by Bylaw dispose of any
portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the
purpose of improving, widening » straightening, relocating oF diverting the
highway 5

NOW THEREFORE the MunieLpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting aysenbled, enacts 48 follows:

1, The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to
convey to the Registered Owner of the lands deacribed in the next Section
hereof:

a.) a 499.7 m* portion of road in District Lot 255, Group 1, dedicated by
Plan 2106, identified as Parcel "7" and shown hatched on a plan
certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated
the 28th day of October, 1991; and,
a 58.0 m* portion of road in District Lot 255, Group 1, dedicated by
Plan 2106, identified a8 Parcel "2" aud shown hatched on a plan
certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated
the 28th day of October, 19915

in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $20,000.00 and
in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land desaribed in the next
Section hereof.

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam is hereby authorized to
purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof:

a 837.2 m@ portion, of Lot 1, Plan 22343 in District Lot 255, Group l,
{dentified as parcel "3" and shown included within the heavy outline
on a plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbla Land
Surveyor, dated the 28th day of October, 19915

in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in
exchange for those certain parcels of tracts of land described in the

preceding Section hereof.
