That the City of Port Coquitlam award the contract for the Penny Place
Pump Station Project to Artic Coast Construction Ltd. based on the tendered
price of $82,632.

From the Director of Planning, September 20th, 1991 regarding Zoning Bylaw
Amendment.

Seconded by Alderman Gordon:

That the Municipal Clerk be authorized to introduce the appropriate Bylaw
to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", to modify the
wording of Section 508 and add new Section 508A as per Attachment I in the
Council Agenda.

From the Director of Planning, September 25th, 1991 regarding
Environmental Assessment Terms of Reference.

That Council approve the Terms of Reference, attached to Council Agenda,
for an Environmental Assessment of the City and that Staff be authorized to
hold a proposal call to select a Consuxtant to undertake the study.

regarding Environmental Assessment Terms of Reference be deferred until the
Council meeting of October 7th, 1991 pending further information regarding the
