THE CORPORATION OF THE CiTy OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO.2559

WHEREAS pursuant to Section 985 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290,
R.S.B.C., 1979, the Council established Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to expend a portica of the monies set
aside in the Development Cost Charge Reserve Funds;

NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as Lollows:

Ll. The sum of $980,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the Park Land
Acquisition Development Cost Charge Reserve Fund to acquire title to Park
Site 2, a 5.82 hectare parcel in the Genstar Subdivision, acquisition of
which is authorized under Article 19, Schedule “A” of Bylaw No. 2131.

Should any of the above amounts remain unexpended after the expenditures
hereby authorized has been made, any unexpended balances shall be returned
to the credit of the specified Reserve Fund.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Development Cost Charge
Reserve Funds Expenditure Bylaw, 1990, No. 2559".
