4, In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poil shall be
established at the places and during the times specified by the "Mobile Poll
Establishment Bylaw, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some convenient location at
the Senior Citizen's housing facility known as "Dogwood Manor™ located at 3155
Seymour Street, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and at some convenient
location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00
p.m., on Saturday, November 17th, 1990.

5. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advance poll will be held
at the place and during the time specified by the “Advance Poll Bylaw, 1969,
No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam Branch of the Fraser Valley Regional
Library, 2470 Mary Hill Road, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
November 7th, 1990; and from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November
10th, 1990; and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday to Friday, inclusive,

November 13th to 16th, 1990.
6. Susan Rauh is appointed Assistant Returning Officer.

7. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer

appointed herein.

Public Health Inspectors.

That Council send a letter requesting the Minister of Health te acquire
five additional Public Health Inspectors for the Simon Fraser Health Unit so
that they may respond effectively and on short notice to complaints, new
development proposals and routine inspections.
