No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 28th, 1990 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for D.L. 168 and 169, Plan 85450 (Homesteader Way) in the form
appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting.

No. 35/90 for 1455 Spitfire Place.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of July 9th, 1990 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 1455 Spitfire Place in the form appearing in the Agenda documents

From the Environmental Protection Committee, July 5th, 1990 regarding the
Animal Control Bylaw.

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That Section 32B of Bylaw 1020 which reads "No person shall keep a
raccoon, skunk, or squirrel other than in accordance with the minimum care
standards outlined in the Procedure Manual dated July 2, 1985 dealing with the
possession of live wildlife prepared by the Ninistry of Environment." be
repealed.
