June 13, 1989/122 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam held in the Councii Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, June 13th, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk/Deputy Administrator R.A. Freeman, City Engineer T.M. Chong, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2430 - to rezone: Lot 157 District Lot 479 Group One Plan 26223 New Westminster District from RS~1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM~4 (Apartment) The property is located at 3374 Sefton Street and would permit the construction of a five suite apartment building on the property. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning. Bylaw No. 2431 ~ to rezone: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block 14, District Lots 174 and 289 Group One Plan 2080 New Westminster District from RS~1 (Large Lot Reside-tial) to RM-4 (Apartment). The property is located at 2329, 2337, 2345, 2353 Shaughnessy Street and would permit the construction of a 33 suite apartment building on the property. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed rezoning.
