Regional Cultural Centre Feasibility Study.

That the City of Port Coquitlam not participate in the construction
or operation of a Coquitiam Area Cultural Centre. .

And That the Parks and Recreation Department develop a working
document for the City in regara to arts and culture.

Shimizu Sawmiii -— Loop Road.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the proposed location (as outlined in the drawing submitted to
Council) of the loop road be approved.

That Shimizu sawmil! must contact the Engineering Department in
regard to specifications for road width, grade, access, etc.

And That the City have vehicular access to the existing PoCo Trail
for purposes of maintaining the dyke.
