Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the resubdivision of the existing 5 lots into 5 lots Thus providing sites

tor 5 single tamily residences.

Furtner Intormation:

A coov of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coguittam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours ef 8:30 a.m. to
2:30 o.m., on regular business days, from The date of this Notice until the Public

Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1974, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed byiaw) and various reports and
oians referring specifically to the purpose of the amending by!aw.

Public Participation:
At the hearing all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the

oroposed bylaw will be attorded an opportunity fo be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
