A Bylaw to designate the Port Cogdltiam
City Hal! as a Municipal Heritage Site.

WHEREAS under the provisions of the Haritage Conservation Act, belng Chapter 165
of the Revised Statutes of British Columbla, 1979, a Municipal Counc! | may, by
bylaw, designate a bullding, structure or land, In whole or In part, as a
municipal heritage site; - | | |

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam deems it desirous to designate the structure known as the "Port
Coquitiam City Hali™ as such 8 harltage site; ee .

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the Clty of Port
Coquitlam enacts as folfows: | Se, ee _

‘T. "The structure known asthe Port Coquitlam City Hall situated on the parcel of
real. property hereinafter described: - we
Lots 35 and 36 of Block 2 of Lot 379, Group One, Plan 1213, New Hostminster

Is hereby designated as a municipal heritage site.

This Bylaw may be clted for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam City Hall.
