A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Counc] | of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

_ The Zone Designation of RS-2 (Single Family Residential) assigned to the
area of Lot 1 of Loft 1, except part on Plan 68301, District Lot 232;
Group One, Plan 9878, New Westminster District, shown Inctuded within Lot
| on a subdivision plan of Lot 1 of Lot 1, Plan 9878, except part on Plan
68301. and of Lot 351, Plan 32286 and of Lot 352, Plan 32286 except part
on Plan 68301, District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District,
Prepared by Robert mM, Reese, B.C.L.S., of V.C. Goudal & Associates,
British Columbla Land Surveyors, dated August Ist, 1985 and bearing their
fille number C3688-85 js removed and the Zone Designation of cp

(Comprehensive Development) is applied,

The Zoning Map of the "Clty of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, Now

1651" Is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A Copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to In Section 1 Is
attached to this Bylaw and made-a part thereof,

The Comprehensive Development Plan show! ng an arrangement of parking
stalls on the property rezoned by this bylaw dated September Sth, 1985
prepared by Urban Design Group, Architects, for AsJ.R. Management Ltd,

and signed by A.J. Ricard js attached to and forms part of this bylaw.
