Whereas the permittee wishes to commence s development on the lands
herein defineds

Whereas the permittee has made application for a development permit
in regard to the ftands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides that
in a development permit certain matter may be varied or supplemented in
the manner specified therein; ue

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City hereby issues a development
permit in respect of al! and singular that certain parcel of land
situate in Port Coquittam, British Columbia, which is more particularly
described as Lot 158 of District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 50164, New
Westminster District.

Mayor Traboulay asked that the applicant appear before the
Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in
two weeks time.

can be. made to the property covered by the Land Use Contract without
approval from the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
