His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer, F.€. Peters, P,. Eng., Director of Community Planning W. Brown, and Recording Secretary D. Vyse. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M. Trabouley advised the Following proposed Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered: *BL/00/83/01/31/01 Bylaw No. 1932: To rezone Lot 105, District Lot 480, Group One; Plan 62316, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1. This property is located sat 2481/95 Coast Meridian Road and the rezoning is being undertaken in order to permit the construction of a duplex dwelling thereon. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. *BL/00/83/01/31/04 Bylaw No. 1933: To rezone Lot 2 and 3, Block "J", District Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2076, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1. This property is located at 2352/58 Shaughnessy Street and is currently occupied by a four-unit apartment building that does not conform with the provisions of the City's Zoning Bylaw. The actual use of the property will not be affected by this Zoning Bylaw but should the apartment building be destroyed or demolished the RT~2 zoning designation proposed would permit a duplex to be constructed on the property. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. *BL/00/83/01/31/07 Bylaw No. 1934: To rezone Lot 22, District Lot 379, Group One, Plan 3196, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to M-3. This property is lecated at 2532 Kingsway Avenue and the rezoning is being undertaken in order that the building presently erected on the property may be converted and used as a bakery.
