Seconded by Alderman Thompson: WHEREAS By-law No. 1346 being the 'Land Use Contract No. 7 Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1346' received first and second readings on the Eighteenth day of November, 1974; AND WHEREAS the required Public Hearing was held on the Ninth day © of December, 1974; AND WHEREAS certain amendments are required to be made to By-law No. 1346 to correct a legal description of property and to insert the final details of the Land Use Contract that forms a part of the said By- law No. 1346; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that By-law No. 1346 be amended to provide the form of By-law presented by the City Clerk to the Council at its regular meeting of July 28th, 1975; AND THAT the said By-law No. 1346 in the form so presented be read a third time. Carried. NEW BUSINESS: From the City Clerk, July 28th, 1975 with reference to the issuance of a General Liquor Licence to the PoCo Valley Golf and Country Club. PoCo Valley iGolf & Country Club appln. for General Liquor Licence - deferred until public part. Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam hereby approve the issuance of General Liquor Licences in respect of Recreational Centers in the City. Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the resolution passed by the Counci3 on June 20th, 1975 approving the granting of a General Liquor Licence to the PoCo Valley Golf and Country Club be herewith confirmed. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That the foregoing resolution and a decision to grant permission to the Liquor Administration Board to give the PoCo Valley Golf and Country Club a General Liquor Licence be deferred untii such time as public participation from the area has been entered into. Carried, Alderman Thompson voted against the resolution.
