THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOULTLAM 3 BY-LAW NO. 1327 A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coguitlam Cemetery By-law, 1972, No. 1192", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assenbled, enacts as follows: 1. Clause (a) of Section 20 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery By-law, 1972, No. 1192" is struck out and the following substituted therefor: (a) Two interments and one interment of cremated remains may be permitted in each grave space in the Cemetery, except in those areas of the Cemetery reserved exclusively for the burial of eremated remains where two interments of cremated remains only may be permitted in each grave space." 2. Clause (c) of Section 30 of the By-law is struck out and the following substituted therefor: “(c) On all licences for use of grave space sold on and after the First day of January, 1966 the Treasurer shall pay into "The Cemetery Care Fund Account" from the amount received for each licence sold at the fee specified in Schedule "C" hereof, 25% of the amount so paid as detailed in the said Schedule "c'." 3. The By-law is further amended by inserting, after Section 34, the following as Section 34A: "34A. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 34 where it is desired to memorialize on one tablet two or more related persons buried side by side in adjacent graves, one 18" x 30" tablet which provides for such multiple nemorialization may be used instead of two separate tablets provided it is set to embrace evenly the two graves concerned." 4, Schedule "C" of the’ By-law is struck out and the Schedule "Cc" attached to and made part of this By-law is substituted therefor. 5, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Cemetery By~law, 1972, No. 1192, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1327"
