CONSTITUTION

1. The name of the Society is COQUITLAM SHARE COUNCIL,
@. The Objects of the Society are:- .

a) to co-ordinate the social service work of individuals, churches,
service clubs, and other organizations
b) to continually be sensitive to special needs of people
in the area and encourage and/or develop services to meet those n
c) to Supervise services and srograms such as the following:
~ Crisis Intervention and Information Centre
- Volunteer Co-ordinating Bureau
~ Recycling and Goods distribution depot
+ Home Management and Femily life Seminars
~ Day Nursery and Pre~School
~ Sociological surveys
~ Rehabilitation programs for disadvantaged people
~- Such other services as are consistent with the above
objectives.
a) to develop facilities, staff, and financial suprort to carry out
the above services and programs under the Girection of thé Board.
e) to operate as a non-profit charitable organization and to receive
charitable donations towards such objects by cash, lands,
properties, or otherwise.

3e The overations of the society are to be chiefly carried on in the
Coquitlam arca (roughly co-terminus with School Distriet 43),
