SUBJECT: 41ST ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The Annual Conference of the Federation of Canadian Muni-
cipalities will be held at the Edmonton Plaza Hotel, Edmonton, from
June 4 to 7, 1978.

We enclose the following:

1. Registration and Hotel: Reservations Form

Please complete and return these as soon as possible. The dead-
line is May 4,.1978.

Additional forms are available upon request. :

Registration Fees: $ 70. for member delegates and $35. for
spouses
$105. for non-member delegates and $53. for

spouses

for the Conference dates. The FCM regrets that it cannot
guarantee accommodation prior to June 4!

PLEASE NOTE: Delegates‘ conference registration and hotel re-
servations will be confirmed only upon receipt of the delegates'
registration fees.

3. Preliminary Program

Final programs will be available only at the time of registration
in Edmonton. The proqram scheduled for Wednesday, June 7 may be
changed, subject to the call of a federal eloction.
