a weet ined SRA? REQUIREMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGNER 8.1. When a Building Inspector considers that the site conditions, size or complexity of a development or an aspect of the development warrants, he may require professional design and fleld review. When a Building Inspector requires professional design and field review, the Owner shall prior to the isauance of a permit, submit Letters of Assurance in the form of: 8.2.1. ylaw confirming that the Owner etained the necessary Professional Designers for all the applicable disciplines for professional design and field review; and Schedules J and K to this Bylaw incorporating the assurances of the Professional Designers that the plans, specifications, drawings and related documents submitted with the application for a permit conform Substantially with Building Code and other applicable safety enactments and their commitment for fteld review. Prior to occupancy, in cases described in Section 8.2, the owner shall submit Letters of Assurance in the form set out in Schedule L to this Bylaw incorporating the assurances of Professional Designers that: . 8.3.1. the professional field review has been completed for all the applicable disciplines, and 8.3.2. the construction of the project substantially conforma with the Plans, specifications and related documents for which the building permit was issued, Where the Building Inspector considers that the site conditions so warrant, he may tequire the Owner to submit a Letter of Assurance in the form of Schedule M to th incorporating the assurance of applicable discipline that a site has been carried out in accordance with Part 4, Section 4.2.4. of the Building Code.
