regarding Creating Our Furture.

That the City endorse the views of New Westminster City Council requesting
that a Forum of all Council members within the GVRD be held prior to the
adoption of the GVRD 1991 budget, to discuss the mandate of the GVRD and the
financial implication of the proposed "Creating our Future" programs.

LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION:

From the City Clerk, February 1th, 1991 regarding Liquor License
Applicatio for 1651 Lougheed Highway.

That a resolution regarding the granting of Liquor Licenses by the
Provincial Government for the proposed Hotel at 1651 Lougheed Highway be
deferred until the Council meeting of March 4th, 1991,
