WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw Yo. 14, 1989, ilo. 2409"
received first two readings on February oth, 1°89

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community
Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2409 does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District.

CORRESPONDENCE:

From Chairperson Board of School Trustees, School District No. 43
(Coquitlam), January 31st, 1989 regarding the appointment of a Council
representative to a School Board/Municipal Liaison Committee.

That the January 31, 1989 letter from School District # 43 (Coquitlam)
regarding the appointment of a Council representative to the
SchoolBoard/Municipal Liaison Committee be received.

DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT:

From the City Clerk, January 19th, 1989 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 1/89 for 1857 Harbour Street.

A letter was received from Ms. Kathleen Bradley, 1875 Harbour Street, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. expressing her oposition to the proposal.

No one was present to address Council concerning this Development Variance

Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Plauwning in his
memorandum of January 12th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved velaxing tue sice yard reguirenent for Lot 4 of Lot ©, “lock 55, P.L.
232, Group One, NWLD Plan 5854 from 1.2 metres to O metres.
