RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a by | aw
rezoning Lot 3, D.L. 380, Grp. 1, NWLD Plan 5969 from RS-1 to

RS-2 and RT-I.

COMMENTS:

This application is to rezone and subdivide a !arge lot at the
intersection of Davies Avenue and Raleigh Street. The
applicant is proposing to subdivide three RS-2 fots fronting
onto Raleigh Street and an RT-1 duplex lot fronting on Davies

Avenue.

The application is supported as a good infill project. The
single family lots front onto Raleigh Street, leaving only the
duplex fronting onto Davies.
