Osberg, 3156 Raleigh Street inquired as to the number of residents notified of the Development Variance Permit. Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking? That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of February 5th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved relaxing the regulations of the Zoning Bylew No. 2240, Section 802, Small Lot Residential, Subsections (4) and (5) front and rear yard setbacks for Lot 1, D.L. 232, Grp. 1, NWLD, Pian 73976. Carried. From the City Clerk, February 14th, 1988 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 14/88 for Citadel Drive at Pitt River Road. Mrs. S. Osberg, 3156 Raleigh Street inquired as to the number of residents notified of the Development Variance Permit. Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his memorandum of February 8th, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be approved for Lot 1 and Lot 3 exempting the property from the provisions of Section 13(b) of Bylaw 2242. Carried. REPORTS: From the City Engineer, February 25th, 1988 regarding Closure of Service Road - South of Bypass East of Mary Hill Road (Public Works Committee of january 12th, 1988). Moved by Alderman Keryiuk: Seconded by Alderman Stewart: That concrete no~post guard rails be erected immediately south of the intersection of Mary Hill Road and Mary Hill Bypass to indicate the temporary closure of Argue Street southeast of this intersection.
