THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2328 A Bylaw to amend the Official Commmity Plan of A The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitiam. DEC 24 1987 WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" : AND WHEREAS an amendment: to the Official Commnity Plan has been prepared and : after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most : recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal p Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strateyy Plan entitled “Port Coquitiam Industrial Development i Strategy” to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management: plan exists for 3 consideration; (4) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l. Section 4.4.1 (1) of Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, i 1986, No. 2162" is amended by inserting, after clause (£) the following as clause (g); "(g) Pitt River Road and Citadel Drive" 2. ‘The designation of "Residential 1" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official i Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162 as applying to: Lots 39 to 44, inclusive, District Lot 232 Group One Pian 75196 New Westminster District is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" is applied. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes ag the “Official Comminity Plan Amendment Bylaw Ne. 9, 1987, No. 2328". Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this 24th day of December, 1987.
