RECOMMENDAT ION:. That City Counci | adopt a resoluti-on

issuing a development variance permit for
relaxation of Section 26 (6). of the Zoning
Bylaw to permit construction of a single
family dweliing on this property meeting
the RS-1 sideyard setback regulations of
1.2 metres.

COMMENTS:

This application is to relax the RS~2 Residential Zoning
District sideyard requirements of 1.8 meters. The lot in
question is located between two developed 10 meter (33 feet)
wide-residentiat lots. The neighbours on either side of this
jot... have been petitioned by the owner and are supportive. of
this application. ,
