November 30th, 1981.

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November
30th, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, E.W. Mabbett,
A.K. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B. Kirk, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Director of
Planning B. Brown, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N.
Boileau and Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". Zoning Amend.
. (1190 Pitt River:
Bylaw No. 1872: Road). :

To rezone Lot 352, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 32286, New
Westminster District, from RS-2 to P-2.

This property is located at 1190 Pitt River Road and it is expected
that a church will be constructed on the property following completion
of the rezoning procedures.

Mr. L. Melnechenko expressed concern regarding the water supply
in the area and the City Engineer advised this is being studied.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
