That the letter from Mr. Ron Butler, 843 Dominion Avenuc, May 21st,
1981 regarding encroachment of commercial enterprises in the agricultural
area of Dominion Avenue and Burns Road be referred to the City Solicitor;

AND THAT a meeting be scheduled with the City Council, the City
Solicitor, and Mr. Ron Butler to discuss the subject.

Mayor Laking suggested a representative of the Land Commission be
invited to attend the meeting.
