Alderman Traboulay referred to the costs involved regarding maintenance of the arenas on Good Friday and suggested the City pay the extra cost involved for the Statutory Holiday. Mayor Laking then referred this matter to the Parks and Recreation Committee to investigate the arena scheduling and stated he and Ms. Darlene Cross, Acting Recreation Director, will investigate the possibility of lacrosse using other facilities during the time required for the Bantam Tournament.
