THE CORPORATION OF ‘THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING f wr | ZONING BY-LAW we; U i NOV 6 1978 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 6th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": By-law No. 1638: . to rezone Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 10, District Lot .288, Group One, Plan 2111, New Westminster District, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to M-3 (Special Industrial). . ‘This property is located at the Northwest corner of Morgan Avenue and Broadway Street and it is expected that upon completion of the rezoning procedures a 7,400 square foot industrial building will be constructed on the said property by a manufacturer of lighting fixtures. . A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the ‘ hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from October 26th to November 6th, 1978.
