December 13th, 1976 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on December 13th, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Planning Officer Lanson Lee, Recreation Director Janna Taylor, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Works & Utilities Superintendent G. Ulmer, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following proposed By~laws to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract and to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" would now be considered: 1. By~law No. 1487: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land B/law #1487 Use Contract with Airwate Cellcrete Ltd., 2066 Clare Place, Port Coquitlam, B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land penne -) ; a “ene Use Contract No. 19° which said Land Use Contracce is annencd io and made part of the By-law and the said Land Use Contract No. 19 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described asi Blk. 5, District Lot 480 Group One, Plan 17155, New Westminster District. The above-noted property is located at 1775 Lougheed Highway and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 19 will permit the land, buildings, and structures located or to de located thereat, to be used for certain uses permitted in the RM-3 (Intermediate Density Apartment Residential) Zones as set out in Schedule "B" of the said Land Use Contract No. 19 in order to permit the construction of a residential complex containing 64 Townhouse Strata Title Units on the said property and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract concerning the size, shape, and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters.
