highest Provincicl level or for equivalent achievement,

ARTS _& SCIENCES

May be awarded to an individual or group Gf individuale who achieves the
highest Provincial level or equivalent recognition for a work of art,
performance, composition, scientific achievement or sinilar work.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

May be awarded te an individual or group of individuals who performs an
cutstanding service to the City, the Province, or Canada, or who, over a
period of years served the City, the Province, or Canada in an outstanding
manner. .
