A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing.

Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298"...

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The "Schedule of Building Permit Fees" contained in Appendix "A" of the

“City of Port Coquitlam Building and Plumbing Code Administration By-law, 1974,

No. 1298" is amended by designating the presert content thereof as clause (a)

and inserting the following immediately thereafter as clause (b):

"(b) To construct, a}ter or repair a masonry chimney 4 permit fee “of
$10.00 shall be payable and for the purposes of this clause "chimney"

shall mean a single flue masonry chimney or a fireplace or fireplaces

with a masonry flued chimney."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam
Building and Plumbing Code Administration By-law, 1974, No. 1298, Amendment

By-law, 1974, No.1336".
