RE: Clarification of Permitted Uses in M-2 Zone

Council will recall that in the September 9, 1974 Council Meeting, the Report
of the two Committees on Permitted Uses in M-2 Zone.was referred back to the
Committees for further clarification on items (5), (11), and (12). (See attached).

These items were reviewed by the two Committees in their October 2, 1974 joint
meeting. The two Committees recommended that the following changes be adopted.

1. To items (5), (10), (11) added " excluding manufacturing and processing
from raw materials". .

2. A separate section added to M-2 stating that "where manufacturing and
processing from raw materials not permitted may be considered by jand
use contract.".
