It would appear therefore that the benefits of any type of exchange are questionable.

We have not pursued the question of leasing City owned land to the G.V.R.D. as

this option is not available under the present terms of N.H.A. financing for
this project,

I believe that the representatives of the Regional District will be in attendance
at Monday nights Council meeting to further discuss this project.
