September 28th, 1981.

WHEREAS the City erred in providing tax information regarding
the above mentioned property; and

WHEREAS the City's error is causing undue hardship on the new owner
of the property; the Council requests permission of the Department of
Municipal Affairs to make an ex gratia payment in the amount of $1,466.18

to the new owner of the above’ mentioned property.

21st, 1981 the rezoning application requirements as outlined be approved.
Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution

Alderman Keryluk referred to the report and suggested two amendments:

that a copy of the Certificate of Title must be submitted for all applications

and that the size of the sign be 4' x 8',
