Although only one price was received on site services,. the price is
below budget and is a fair price.

We feel that other site services contractors were reluctant to bid
because Matcon is already on site doing the excavation work which

incudes a portion of the site services. -

A revised cost summary showing these amounts is attached hereto. |

NOTE s The consultant is reviewing the need for gypsum board and
WSES base sheet at lew humidity areas. Should he determine
that this is required, the sum of $14,477.00 will have to
be added to the contract price. The recommended contract

ineludes reroofing the low roof area. Lf this is not.
required, the sum of $22,375.00 can be deducted.
