Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation
Department;
Satisfaction cf Building Department concerns;
Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and
Issuance of a Development Permit.
That the Planning Department be authorized to araft Development Permit No. 37/93; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditions noted above.

That Council authorize two Prograrn Coordinators to attend the Sideways Management
Workshop "Doing More With Less" and that related expenses be funded by the City

Avenue.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter Gescribed are not required for municipal purposes ..or are
they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFCRE be it resolved that:

Lot 10, Block 6, Section 5, Plan 19372, NWD be sold by tender if bids acceptable to
Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property
for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its
absolute discreticy. determines that rejection is appropriate.
