SUBJECT: sidered at Public Hearing Zarlier This Evening:

The following Bylaws, considered at a coning Public Hearing held earlier thia
evening, are available for third readings

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2657
Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2661
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2662

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these bylaws
for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Council
may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay it
until the next meeting so that any representations made at the hearing can be
fully considered.

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it is not posaible

for further representations from the public to be received now that the Public
Hearing hag been adjourned.
