We, the undersigned residents of Port Coquitlam ish to

voice our concerns to the proposed development of Colony = arm.

We remain unalterably opposed to any developmen: of this

property in any of the following ways:

1. any industrial, warehouse or commercial development
whether through an extension of the Mayfair Industrial lands

or otherwise;

2. any entertainment complex whether in the ‘manner of a
"Disneyland North", relocated Pacific National Exhibition or

otherwise;

3. any retail store development such as a West Edmonton
Mé ll;

4. any professional spectator sports development such as
hercse racetrack.
