RE: Birchland Elementary School Additions and ;
Renovations - 1331 Fraser Avenue, Port Coquitlam

AS you may be aware, we are planning construction of
$3.2 million worth of improvements and additions to the
above school. Tenders have closed for the project and we
anticipate awarding the contract within the week.

Part of the project includes a pick up and drop off area
along the south elevation of the school. The proposed
improvements for pick up and drop off straddle City of Port
Coquitlam property.

off area. If and when your approval was granted, we could
then complete the building permit application process or
amend the design as required.
