DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the appointment of Mr. Doug Riecken, P.Eng., Deputy City Engineer
as Approving Officer for The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam made by
this Council on March 19, 1990 be and the same is hereby rescinded;

And That Mr. Igor Zahynacz, P.Eng., City Engineer, be and he is hereby
appointed Approving Officer for The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
effective July 24th, 1990.
