Brown Director of Community Planning 1693 Langan Avenue Mandatory Development Permit (File No. 3/89) RECOMMENDATION: That City Council adopt a resolution issuing a Development Permit to Lot 22, D.L. 288, Grp 1 NWLD Plan 38351 permitting the property to be subdivided. This subdivision requires the relaxation of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 1001 M-1 General Industrial Subsection (4)(d) Rear Yard Setbacks from 3 Metres to 1.8 metres. COMMENTS : This development permit application has been submitted because the property is located in a mandatory development permit area. The applicants' are requesting authorization to subdivide the Property into two parcels. The property is built out, containing two buildings, relaxation of the normal 3 metre (10 foot) rear yard set back requirement is requested, as there is less than 6 metres (20 feet) between the buildings. e Approval of the relaxation is recommended.
